Welcome to

Petersen's

Petersen's has been serving smiles since 1919, when H. P. Petersen opened his ice cream plant in Oak Park, Illinois. He built it on one rule — quality first, quantity second — and held to it through the Depression and two wars. A century later, four shops across the Valley still churn every batch in small runs.
